Well, it is now 2024 and I am settled back in Lexington, Kentucky. While it is nice being close to friends and family again I do miss the friends I enjoyed in Florida. I also miss the warmth and island life.
I have joined the family business, Calumet Realty, as Realtor and available to help friends in their hoe and land purchasing adventures.
I am also managing a property in Somerset known as Burnside Plaza, a small group of buildings and Storage units.
I am also doing some Consulting in Small Independent Garages in and around Lexington. I had 28 years experience in that arena myself and enjoy helping with the growth and development of small business.
I have totally remodeled a house in an area near family here in Northeast Lexington and made it comfortable for myself.
I am traveling some and will enjoy traveling with family. This year my daughter is putting together a winter family river cruse in Europe.
